Vaginas, vaginas everywhere

I am currently stationed in the land of vaginas. 

It's a land of mystical wonders.

Prior to the beginning if the rotation, a friend who knows I am gay grabbed my shoulder. Vincent, I have to warn you. It's gooey, bloody and disgusting and it usually fat, unattractive women, you had to put your fingers inside. You sure you r okay? 

Well... Not tat I am do much if I am not. -.-" 

I tell you.... It's.... Weird -.- 

*shivers* 

I find it a bit uncomfortable. But I guess if I am comfortable with the idea of ppl sticking their fingers in anuses, I suppose I should be okay with the idea of ppl stuffing down things into vaginas. I am not sexist lol. 

But don expect me to do tat willingly lolx 

Being a christian doesnt make u right

Hi guys, sorry for the long overhaul. Exams came and went, now I am busy doing some project thing. Yeap. Life. Trying to get some rest, but things kept piling up. This is one good thing abt being a science student; you don’t really have a good rest if u will it. You are just delaying things. There seems to be no end.

Anyways, speaking  abt science student’s professionalism, I recently had a weird scenario on fb.

As I was procrastinating like always on fb, I came across an article shared by a dude who is both a junior doctor and a holy Christian at the same time.

His title is the mark of the beast is coming, as stated in the bible 2000 years ago.

It is an article about Europe babies are forced to have microchip implanted in their arms.

And this mark of the beast shenanigan is basically in the last chapter of the bible, they predicted that at the end of time, satan or wad not put the mark of the beat on everyone and Christian will have a hard time waging war against this. Honestly, to me it sounds like an anti-government message, and if u resist long enough, you will be ensured rapture. Rapture as in you will be born again. Born again as in, you will go to heaven.  And a few years ago, people seem to think that this mark of the beast is some microchip thing. I am not too sure myself, so don screw me if my knowledge abt the bible is horribly wrong. I am a Christian btw =p

The minute I saw the article, I recognize the picture shown is in fact a bio stamp. A bio stamp is more of a marker to show how well are u, in terms of fluid balance, temperature yada yada. Its no microchip.

And just to make sure, I googles it and it is a bio stamp, so I try to give him a benefit of a doubt by reading the article. The article has no source, and the government has no official news abt forcing microchip into people, which if you rationally think abt it, its kinda stupid if it’s a forced policy. There are no other articles abt this, so naturally I assume its fake.

So, on good faith, because I know he is a keen medic so he appreciated the impact of sharing false panic induced news, I posted a comment, “xx, that’s a biostamp, and there is no official news or a reliable source with this. So I think this is fake….”

After a few hours, I realized, to my surprised, my comment is deleted.

Wwwuuudddddd?

He still shared the news.

I don’t really understand, I don’t think my comment offended him, though by right as a medic he should check the validity of the article anyway. So y he deleted my comment, except: one, he strongly disagreed that it was fake, two, he realized it was fake, so just to save face he deleted my comment.

I don’t mind anything actually, because there are a lot of dumb ppl on fb, but knowing that this article is fake, yet he still continue sharing it, if it isn’t his pride, it should be his religion. Or…. He just thinks that this gets him more likes, and my comment will prevent him from tat.

Gosh, really, none of the options really put him under a good light.

I was so tempted to annoy him by playing dumb and comment once more, adding ‘strange, someone deleted my comments.’

Or just be straight forward and said, ‘xx why my comments disappeared?’

Well, but I don’t want to be rude, so I just turned a blind eye.

But really, if u share something based on religion and you used religion to justify wad is clearly not right. I sincerely think it’s a wakeup call to reflect on whether you truly are on the right path or not.

Being a religious Christian, is not the same as being holy or closer to God. It is good for you and your faith if you hang out with the down to earth Christians. However this can work both way, you can easily sunk to a cult level if you are with like-mind, twisted people.  

So really, guys think abt it, if at one time where you are telling yourself: its okay to do this, I am doing this for God. Or its okay for doing something bad to others because they r non-believers and they won’t mind. Stop, breath and think.

Shocking fact abt acne i learnt in dermatology (@o@)

I know this might b common knowledge for some science-y ppl.

But I was so amazed by this fact this week that I jz hav to share it with u guys. Especially vain gay ppl  lol.

I was stationed at a dermatology clinic and we hav a lecture abt acne, or pimples, or comedomes, or black head, or evidence of youth, or wadever you guys wanna call it.

Apparently, ance, or pimples or... you get the drill, has NO scientific evidence of correlation between diet, hygiene, washing or wad not. 

Yeap.

So wad does tat mean you asked?

Well, think,

Eating chocolates and durians will not increase, or make you have pimples.

Prowling through heavy smoky haze will not increase, or make you have pimples.

Washing your face religiously every day will not decrease or make your pimples disappear.

I jz hav to stress that since i recently saw a surge of gay men boasting abt them buying weird ass facial wash from weird ass brands.

So i stress it again, the major effect of applying certain wad not brands' facial wash on ur face is just burning a hole through your pocket.

I might still have second thoughts abt the food part, since in terms of chinese medication there is still this heaty and chilly, yin and yang stuff going around. But the facial wash part.... yeap, its useless.

A student then held up her hands and ask: 'if it doesn't help, y the government allows companies to sell them?'

The dermatologist paused and answer.'put this into perspective:

''using this will remove acne!''

this, you need a medical claim, hence the only few ppl who dare use this claim are ones tat actually work, like benzyl peroxide. 

''Using this will make your skin firmer by rejuvenating your skin, and will make spots disappear!''

This is not a medical claim.  

Hence there is no quality control over this by the medical committee or the government.

The only chance, which is quite often, that they will get sued over this is by other competing companies. Tat said, L'Oreal and Clinique always sue each other over alleged claims, that is another dimension i don want to get involved with.

But know this, there is no evidence, washing your face everyday will not help reduce your acne.'

Wao.

No wonder.

Cuz i don really wash my face. and when bear asked me to do that, I do use it from time to time, but i do not realise any difference.

Then he cont speaking:' so, in other works, for those who has more acne, its purely down to your body's fault, or to simply put it, bad luck.' 

So guys, i don know whether you believe me or not la, but these guys are one of the pinnacles of uk dermatology society, so do take facial washs' marketing claims with a pinch of salt.

But don fret over it! There are treatments however, but you need a prescription (apart from topical benzy peroxide), just saying there's no need for you to buy over the counter expensive facial wash and expect it to be all better. =x

New years wishes

Its 4.20 in the morning, i will write about those 2morrow, since it is a ceremonial thing for everyone, including yours truly.

You know, random quip, yesterday i was playing games until 5am in the morning while Bear was sleeping beside me. When I finished, I made a poor attempt to snuggle into Bear for warmth cuz it is getting cold. Then suddenly he gently hugged me and ran his hands up and down on my arm, trying to give me warmth.

All this, while he was in deep slumber.

As i snuggled, i could help but feeling blessed. Life is good.
